Jade Vincent currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Edison Smart, a role held since May 2022, responsible for overseeing internal recruiting efforts to support the company's growth. Prior to this position, Jade held various roles including Talent Acquisition Manager at Oxley & Partners from February 2019 to April 2022, and Associate Partner at Sheridan Maine from August 2016 to February 2019, focusing on senior finance recruitment. Jade's career also includes experience as a Consultant at Capita Professional Recruitment, managing recruitment for blue-chip and SME clients, and earlier positions in financial planning and employee benefits recruitment. Jade began the professional journey as a Recruitment Administrator at Premier Group Recruitment in March 2008, following education at The Willink School from 2002 to 2007.
