Luca Rossetti

Luca Rossetti is an experienced professional in the field of energy management and engineering, currently serving as an Operation Control Room Operator for Wind and Solar at Edison SpA since October 2021. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring, supervision, and operation of wind and solar plants, along with power modulation and coordination for electrical substations. Prior experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at COPRAT, focusing on mechanical and electrical system design and energy efficiency, and as a Solar PV Design Engineer at Ren Solar One, where project development for photovoltaic systems was undertaken. Luca also completed a traineeship at Sapienza Università di Roma, contributing to the Department of Astronautical, Electrical and Energetic Engineering. Educational background includes a degree as a Perito Industriale Capotecnico in Elettrotecnica and automation from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Galileo Galilei and further studies at Sapienza Università di Roma.
