Melissa Devlin

Melissa Devlin has a strong background in data engineering and analysis. Melissa is currently working as a Data Engineer at YipitData since September 2021. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Edison Software as a Data Engineer from August 2021 onwards and also held the position of Data Analyst from December 2019 to August 2021. In 2019, Melissa worked as a Fellow at General Assembly for a brief period from June to August. Melissa also has experience in education, having worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Kent Denver School from August 2016 to July 2019 and as a Mathematics Instructor at New Castle County Votech School District from July 2011 to July 2016. In the latter role, Melissa was responsible for curriculum development, assessment, and classroom management for a diverse group of low-income students.

Melissa Devlin pursued their education in a chronological manner. In the year 2006, they enrolled at the University of Delaware and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics in 2011. After a significant gap, in the year 2019, Melissa attended General Assembly for a brief period, focusing on a Data Science Immersive program.
