Jonathan Elizalde

Jonathan Elizalde is an experienced professional in engineered cell research and biomanufacturing, currently serving as the Manager of Engineered Cells at EditCo since March 2024. Previously, Jonathan held multiple roles at Synthego Corporation, including Manager and Supervisor of Engineered Cells, where responsibilities included overseeing production tasks and performance management for research teams. Jonathan's career began at Vital Therapies, Inc., where roles spanned from Manufacturing Lead to Manufacturing Associate I, focusing on bioprocessing and production support for clinical trials. Jonathan's expertise is complemented by a B.S. in Biochemistry/Chemistry from UC San Diego, earned in 2012.
