Lauren Reid

Director Customer Operations at EDITED

Lauren Reid has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Lauren started their career as a Sales Assistant at Nike in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Then, they joined Debenhams as a Women's Accessories Allocator and later became a Senior Allocator. In 2016, they transitioned to Ted Baker as an Assistant Merchandiser and stayed there until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at EDITED, where they started as a Retail Strategist and was promoted to Senior Retail Strategist. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Support Manager and will soon become the Director of Customer Operations.

Lauren Reid attended the University of the Arts London from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an FdA Fashion Retail Management degree, specializing in Retail Management.
