Founded 1982 by Jean Lenoir, the Éditions Jean Lenoir are recognized in the world of wine and spirits for the quality of their books dedicated to learning about wines and spirits. Since 1997, the Éditions Jean Lenoir have been working on Le Nez du Café for the largest importers of green coffee, roasters and machine manufacturers. Le Nez du Whisky was published in 2013 in collaboration with two Masters of Quaich, Charles MacLean and Martine Nouet while le Nez du Bourbon was born 2021 with support from Hans and Becky Offringa.
Created in France by renowned designers, our books-objects include educational and entertaining book as well as a collection of high quality aromas. They are assembled by hand in Provence.
