Jeff Herzog

Jeff Herzog has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff is currently working as the Director of Product Management at EditShare since 2020. Previously, they served as the Principal Product Manager at Verizon Media Platform from 2016 to 2020.

Prior to that, Jeff had a long tenure at EditShare from 2009 to 2016, where they held the position of Senior Product Manager. Their responsibilities included leading and managing multiple EditShare products such as EditShare XStream, Energy, and Ark, as well as media asset management. Jeff acted as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow and development of software.

Before joining EditShare, they worked as a Software QA Tester and Video Workflow Specialist at EditShare in 2009. Jeff conducted quality assurance testing on the EditShare Flow system, which involved testing various aspects of the hardware and software.

Jeff's experience also includes working as a Post Production Supervisor at Moore Huntley Productions from 2007 to 2008. Jeff designed and supervised the post-production workflow for a documentary series, requiring the deployment of Apple-based infrastructure.

Prior to that, they served as a Senior Production Coordinator at the New England Aquarium from 2002 to 2007, where they produced and edited natural history documentaries. Jeff also worked as a Production Assistant at North River Media in 2002, where they performed setup, testing, and troubleshooting of video and audio recording equipment.

Jeff began their career at American Management Systems (now CGI) in 2000 as a Systems Analyst and Software Quality Assurance professional. During their time there, they tested custom software for the Thrift Savings Plan project, developed and delivered staff training sessions, and wrote decision papers on system requirements for federal IT modernization projects.

Jeff Herzog attended Williams College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The field of study during their time at the institution is not specified.
