They co-founded and led Hype, a tech start-up specializing in digital solutions, before pursuing roles as a machine learning consultant and director, currently at EdLight, PBC, and Toradex. Michel has contributed to significant projects, including developing systems that enhance math teaching for thousands of educators and optimizing customer support workflows using generative models. They hold a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and have authored scientific papers and patents throughout their career.
