Lorena Castillejo

Lorena Castillejo serves as the Social Media and Marketing Officer at LOGICA (Latinx Organization for Growth in Computing and Academics) since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing social media strategies, managing channels, and optimizing performance. Concurrently, Lorena participates in a Technical Interview Prep Program at Edlyft, focused on enhancing programming skills through coaching and mock interviews. In the pharmacy sector, Lorena works as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, maintaining a high accuracy rate in filling prescriptions and implementing COVID-19 testing. Additionally, Lorena gained experience as a Sprintern at Google, conducting research and proposing features for autonomous vehicles. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, expected in 2025.
