Mick Bonney

Mick Bonney has an extensive work experience spanning over four decades. Mick started their career in 1979 at BAE Systems, where they held various positions, including Hawk Sales Executive and Head of Training Systems. Mick then joined Thales Information Systems as a Sales and Business Development Manager. In 2005, they joined EDM as the Head of Sales and Business Development, responsible for managing the sales department and generating marketing campaigns. Mick later became an Associate Director, focusing on business development and sales strategy in new markets, leading to a revenue increase of over 15% in the Chinese civil business sectors. In 2013, Mick became the Director of Sales & Business Development at EDM Ltd, contributing to the development of the company's strategic business plan and international network. Mick later joined RP Aero Systems in 2018 as the Director of Sales & Business Development. Mick's experience encompasses strategic planning, sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.

Mick Bonney attended WR Tuson College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned an HND in Aeronatical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Carr Hill Secondary Modern from 1974 to 1979 but did not obtain a degree. At the age of 16, they left school and started an aircraft engineering apprenticeship.
