Danielle Lang

Danielle Lang, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Danielle currently works at Edmentum as the Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Edmentum from July 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Edmentum, Danielle worked at Agiliti as the Human Resources Director. Danielle was responsible for addressing workforce development, employee engagement, and productivity issues, providing advice and solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Danielle also has extensive experience at Universal Hospital Services, where they served as the Human Resources Director from August 2013 to February 2019 and as a Human Capital Partner from January 2005 to August 2013. At Merrill Corporation, their early experience in their career as a Human Resource Generalist provided a strong foundation for their future roles in HR.

Danielle Lang, PHR received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management - Human Resources from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degree, Danielle has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise in the field of Human Resources. These certifications include becoming an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights in 2016, a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from HCI in 2014, completing the Building High Performing Teams program from Curphy Consulting Corporation in 2014, becoming a DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in 2013, obtaining the DDI Success Profiles Card Sort Analyst certification from Development Dimensions International in 2013, and achieving the Professional Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010.
