Michael Scanlon

Michael Scanlon is a seasoned database architect with extensive experience in data architecture and application development. Currently serving as the Lead Database Architect at Edmentum since February 2013, Michael previously held positions as a Data Architect at OptumHealth and a Consultant at Ambient Consulting. Michael's earlier career includes a role as Sr. System Analyst - Data Architecture at Accenture Technology Solutions and a Lead Application Developer position at BI, focusing on custom Oracle Database design. Michael began professional engagement as a Programmer at FDC (Fingerhut) and further developed skills as a Programmer/Analyst at Donnelley Marketing - InfoGroup. Michael earned a degree in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas between 1989 and 1993.
