Ross co-founded Be Podcast Network, where podcasting enhances educational discourse, and leads September Strategies as Chief Executive Officer, aiding K-12 organizations in strategic communications. As a high-performance coach, Ross assists professionals in overcoming challenges and achieving goals, while also advising on initiatives like the Excellence in Equity Awards at the American Consortium for Equity in Education. With expertise in education and coaching, Ross contributes to multiple organizations, including Virtue Analytics and Consult4ED Group. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University and a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
