Jay Budd

Jay Budd has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, quality operations, and continuous improvement. Jay is currently a Board Member at NJMEP and runs their own consulting firm, Jay Budd Consulting, where they provide expertise in various areas such as business strategy, quality systems, and compliance programs. Prior to that, they held several roles at Edmund Optics, including Global Director of Compliance & Continuous Improvement and Global Director of Quality and Compliance. Jay also has experience as the President/Owner of JKB Technologies and as an ISO 9001 Coordinator at Chicago Steel and Iron Co.

Jay Budd attended Delaware Valley University, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Jay also obtained additional certifications in Computer Aided Engineering from Camden County College in 2012 and Six Sigma Greenbelt from DVIRC in 2011.
