Dr. Peter Cavanaugh is a forward-focused skill builder and executive coach currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Technology and Organizational Leadership at the University of Bridgeport and an Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University's Charles F. Dolan School of Business. With extensive experience in leadership development, Dr. Cavanaugh has held roles such as Operations Manager of Global Learning at GE Corporate and Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE Supply. They are also a human resources and leadership development consultant through PFCavanaugh LLC and a member of the Board of Advisors for EdMyst. Dr. Cavanaugh completed a Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing multiple additional degrees, including an MBA and a Master’s degree, while holding a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
