James Ford has over 20 years of experience in network engineering and technical support, with a strong focus on designing and implementing enterprise solutions for the education sector, government, and private businesses. Currently serving as a Field Engineer and previously as a Technical Support Engineer at Ednetics since December 2016, James has developed expertise in security-related technologies, networking, and virtual server systems. Previous roles include Training Coordinator at OpenEye, WLAN Engineer at Telos Corporation, and Network Engineer positions at Nuvodia and Ednetics, among others, showcasing a comprehensive background in network design, installation, and management.
