Christine Kim

Christine B Kim serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Operations at EDO, Inc. since October 2019, where responsibilities include advising senior leadership on business growth and assessing legal risks. Christine also holds a position as a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel at Time Warner Inc., where corporate governance and SEC reporting were key duties, and as a Capital Markets Senior Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on SEC regulations and capital market transactions. Christine began their career as a Financial Analyst at Citi and a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan, following a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College.
