Andy Chen

Vice President at EDOM Technology

Andy Chen has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Andy started their career as a New Product Development Engineer and Quality Engineer at Compeq Inc. in 1999. Andy then moved on to work as a Sales Account Manager at Progate Group Cooperation, where they focused on European markets.

Chen joined NXP Semiconductors in 2002 as a Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Engineer, where they led the sales team for Home Entertainment products and managed distributor relationships. Andy later became a Sr. Distribution Manager, responsible for driving business growth with distributors in Taiwan.

In 2008, Chen joined ST-Ericsson and served as the Head of Greater China/s.Asia/India Distribution & Modem Product Champion. Andy managed distribution managers and supported modem business in these regions.

Chen returned to their previous company, Caution Technology, in 2012 as a General Manager. Andy led the China team and successfully grew the business with key customers like Oppo, Vivo, and Lenovo.

In 2016, Chen joined DXY Technology as the General Manager, leading the entire company and focusing on building relationships with vendors and expanding the business.

Most recently, Chen has been serving as the Vice President of Caution Technology since 2018. Andy manages PM and FAE teams, designs new solutions, and drives business with vendors to achieve sales revenue targets. Additionally, they established and managed offices in Korea and Japan, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Andy Chen's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Feng Chia University, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. Andy then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Leeds University Business School, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
