Brian McMillan

Brian McMillan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, public policy, and business. Currently serving as Regional Director at EdOps since June 2018, McMillan previously held the position of Director of Talent and Growth at PROMISE SCHOOLS from July 2016 to June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Detroit Venture Partners and a Summer Advisor for the Office of Mayor Mike Duggan, as well as teaching 2nd grade at Greenleaf Elementary School through Teach For America. McMillan's consulting background includes a senior role at BTS USA, Inc. Additionally, McMillan holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on Education Policy Analysis from the University of Michigan, along with a degree in Government from Dartmouth College.
