Karen Bernstein

Karen Bernstein is the Director of Student Data at EdOps, where they lead data management and analysis for multiple schools while training team members and presenting findings to educational leaders. Previously, as the Wraparound Services Building Director at Wyman Center, Karen supported Title I elementary schools in enhancing student achievement and family engagement. Their extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Recruitment, Preparation, and Placement at InspireSTL, where they successfully placed underserved students in high-performing schools. Karen began their career as a middle school teacher and Teach For America Corps Member, influencing educational practices in St. Louis. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Masters in Educational Leadership.
