Kim S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career at Nordstrom in 2007 as a Manager and held this position until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Kim worked at Entrepreneurship Preparatory School and Village Preparatory School, first as an Office Manager and then as an Operations Manager.
In 2014, Kim joined Breakthrough Schools as an Operations Consultant, and later became the Director of Operational Learning & Development from 2015 to 2017. They then moved on to EdOps, where they held various roles from 2017 to the present. These roles include Finance Specialist (2017-2019), Finance Lead (2019-2020), DC Regional Finance Manager / Finance Training Manager (2020-2022), and currently, Kim serves as the Director of Finance Coaching & Development at EdOps.
Kim S. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from John Carroll University from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2004, Kim studied Biology and Finance at Ohio University. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Kim pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Cleveland State University.
