Lois Barton has a wealth of experience in customer service and customer success roles. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at rightmove.co.uk as a Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Executive. In their role as Customer Service Executive, they were responsible for updating web pages, creating adverts, liaising with customers and sales field, training new staff and clients on internal systems, producing monthly reports using excel, supporting Account Managers with queries and problem solving. In 2010, they were promoted to Event Coordinator, managing the rolling programme of physical and online events offered to Rightmove members. From 2017 to present, they have been working at edozo as Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they are committed to transforming data storage, data sharing and workflow efficiency for commercial property professionals.
