Sam Libby

Sam Libby has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sam is currently the President & Managing Director at TCB Capital Advisors since November 2022. In 2023, they will join EDP Biotech Corporation as the Chief Business Officer and Head of M&A. Prior to this, they have held roles such as Managing Director at Loon Advisors, Vice President at Piper Sandler, Investment Banking Senior Associate at Ziegler, Investment Banking Analyst at Ondra Partners, Associate in the Rotational Development Program at BNY Mellon, and Intern at Brookfield Asset Management.

Sam Libby attended Rutgers Business School and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting in 2014. In addition, Sam has obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
