Anabela Caetano has over 20 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement, currently serving as a Product Owner and Senior Business Process Analyst at EDP since August 2014. Previously, Anabela worked at Portugal Telecom as a BI Consultant and CRM Analyst, and at Barclays Bank as a Business Analyst and Team Leader, managing both Web Application and BI teams. Anabela's career also includes roles as a Senior Consultant at NOESIS Portugal, IT Consultant at evolSolutions, and Analyst/Programmer at Escrita Digital. Anabela holds a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed in 2001, and possesses expertise in business requirements analysis, functional specifications, solution architecture design, and development/reporting.
