Andre Fernandes

Andre Fernandes is an accomplished professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and corporate development, currently serving as the Head of M&A and Corporate Development at EDP since March 2022. Prior to this role, Andre held the position of Head of Investor Relations, Planning & Control, and Sustainability at EDP Renewables from March 2021 to March 2022, and worked in M&A and Strategy at EDP from September 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included M&A project coordination and strategic reviews. Andre's earlier experience includes serving as an M&A Associate at Millennium bcp from September 2006 to August 2013, focusing on M&A and capital markets in various sectors. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and an Erasmus program at Università Bocconi.
