André Jacques is currently the Head of Digital Transformation and Automation of Iberia B2C Operations at EDP Comercial. Previously, they held roles as a B2C Digital Transformation Senior Specialist at EDP Comercial and as a Telecom Transformation Team Leader at NOS SGPS, where they led various AI and network transformation projects. André began their career as a Junior Consultant at Altran and progressed to a Network Optimization Engineer at Ericsson. They hold multiple executive masters from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Master's degree in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
