Beatriz Colares

Beatriz Colares is an experienced professional in recruitment and learning and development, currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant Trainee at Hays from October 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology profiles and maintaining client communication. Previously, Beatriz held the position of People Lead at Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa - Delegação de Torres Vedras from September 2022 to September 2024, focusing on recruitment, project management, and volunteer well-being.
