Bruno Barqueiro

Bruno Barqueiro possesses extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of International Retail Development at EDP since June 2011. In this role, Bruno has successfully established operations in Italy and Poland, focusing on the SME segment and achieving significant milestones within the first year. Previously, Bruno was part of the M&A Advisory Team, coordinating high-value renewable energy deals and supporting strategic planning for the Board of Directors. Prior to EDP, Bruno held the position of Associate Director at Rothschild & Co, leading multi-industry mandates, and has held various roles in project management and consulting at Deloitte, Change Partners Corporate Finance, and Andersen/Deloitte Corporate Finance. Bruno holds a degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed early education at Colégio Campo de Flores.
