Henrique Meyer Vainer

Henrique Meyer Vainer has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Executive Manager and Head of Energy Trading at EDP since August 2021, following a role as Operational Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Henrique held positions at Newen - New Energies as Gerente de conta and Trader from October 2019 to April 2021, and at Trinity Energia as a Trader from July 2018 to October 2019. Experience also includes a tenure at Renova Energia SA as an Analista Pleno de Comercialização from July 2015 to June 2018 and an internship at EBM Engenharia as a Project Intern from September 2014 to June 2015. Henrique holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI, completed in 2017, and completed professional development courses at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and Fundace FEARP USP in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
