Ines Castelo Branco

Ines Castelo Branco (Oliveira Santos) serves as the Global Solar & BESS Procurement Manager at EDP, overseeing procurement processes for the Client Solutions Platform across multiple countries. With extensive experience in procurement, Ines has held various titles at EDP, including Lead Buyer for Services related to Distributed Generation and Generation Unit, and has a strong background in negotiating major energy projects. Additionally, Ines is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona, teaching Energy Management and Mechanical Technology. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineering Design at Technoedif and Production Control Manager at GENERG, alongside research experience at IDMEC. Ines holds a PhD in Management and multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by executive education in negotiation and procurement management.
