Jeffrey Down has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a GE Uptower Repair Specialist at GE since May 2018. In addition, Jeffrey has been a Lead Technician at EDP since July 2014, where responsibilities include HSE site coordination, developing processes for self-performed initiatives, managing turbine performance, and ensuring compliance with environmental policies. Prior to EDP, Jeffrey worked at Vestas from April 2007 to August 2014 as a Tech 3-Service Technician, gaining expertise in troubleshooting, component changeouts, and training new technicians. Jeffrey holds a Journeyman degree in Precision Metal Working from Durham College, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
