Joana Bernardo is currently the Head of Service & Partner Management in Global Business Services (GBS) at EDP. They previously served as Associate Director in Facility Management & Finance and were involved in various roles focusing on continuous improvement. Joana held the position of Environmental Engineer and Project Manager in the Environment and Sustainability Business Unit at E-REDES from 2009 to 2017, where they managed projects related to sustainability and compliance with environmental standards. Joana holds a post-graduation in Management from the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
