Matilde Bastos

Customer Value Manager

Matilde Bastos has a diverse professional background in marketing, customer management, and consultancy. Beginning with a summer internship at Jerónimo Martins, Matilde gained experience in commercial management and public tenders. Matilde then served as a Trainee in Digital Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility at CUF - Hospitais e Clínicas, followed by a role as Solutions Assistant at NTT DATA. Subsequently, Matilde advanced to become a Solutions Consultant at NTT DATA Europe & Latam before taking on the position of Customer Value Manager at EDP. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Tilburg University, and completing senior year at Westwood High School with a GPA of 17/20 in Economics and Management.
