Sandro Alves

Sandro Alves is currently the Head of Applied Engineering for Renewable Generation at EDP, where they lead integration efforts in processes, digitalization, and knowledge management for Hydro and Thermal assets. They have extensive experience in project management, having undertaken significant roles at EDP since 2009, including major hydroelectric projects that involved the construction and upgrading of multiple plants. Sandro also holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Porto and has contributed to research in building pathology and rehabilitation.
