Stephan Blasilli

Stephan Blasilli is currently the Head of Business Process Excellence at EDP, overseeing the global Business Process Excellence team. With extensive experience spanning over 15 years, they have held various roles at EDP, including Director of BPE, Sustainability, and Lean for North America, as well as positions as a Process Manager and Senior Process Manager. Prior to EDP, they worked as a Strategic Planning Analyst at Schaeffler Group and served as an Inhouse Consultant at Bosch. Stephan is also an Advisory Board Member at IQPC and is pursuing a Graduate Business Degree at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, alongside participation in an Executive Education Program at Rice University and a Study Abroad Program at EAESP Fundação Getulio Vargas.
