Suzanne Walker

Suzanne Walker serves as the School Partnership Manager for the UK and Ireland at Edpuzzle since January 2023, focusing on sales and client relations within an Inside Sales team. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Country Manager and School Success team, generating new sales leads, understanding the needs of schools and teachers, and managing the prospect database through Salesforce. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked as an English Teacher at two institutions, Tea or Coffee School of English and Helen Doron Educational Group, and gained customer service experience as a Team Leader/Waitress at Trio Bondi Beach, as well as a Waitress at both Fidels Cafe and Nando's UK & IRE. Suzanne holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Dundee and is currently pursuing a TEFL certification.
