Andrew Leto is an entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the founder of 10-4 Systems, a trucking visibility and optimization technology company, which was acquired by Trimble Inc. in 2017. They also founded Arcturus Venture and Emerge, where they hold the position of CEO while actively participating as a board member and investor in several organizations including Palmetto, Roadrunner Freight, MyCarrier, and EDRAY Collaborative Port Logistics. Andrew's prior experience includes serving as a Sonar Tech in the US Navy from 1996 to 2001 and founding GlobalTranz, a 3PL and technology provider, which was acquired by TJC in 2018.
