Reade Kidd

Reade Kidd has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as an Equipment Management Analyst at Maersk Line in 2003 and then worked as a Trade Analyst at Safmarine from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Maersk Logistics as an Assistant Manager in IEL Projects and later as a Client Development Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Maersk Line Limited as a Consultant in Supply Chain Development. From 2008 to 2012, Reade worked at Damco as the Global Account Director for The Home Depot. They then joined The Home Depot in 2012 as the Director of International Logistics. In 2016, they moved to XpertFreight as the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Strategy, before founding E*DRAY Collaborative Port Logistics in 2017, where they currently hold the position of CEO and Co-Founder.
