Meg Randall is a results-driven strategy and operations leader with over 10 years of experience enabling high-impact operations and driving data-driven decision-making. They co-founded Localvore, where they led significant sales growth and transitioned the company to a SaaS model. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at EdReports, Meg focuses on strategic alignment and operational clarity, while also consulting as a Fractional Chief of Staff for other organizations. Previously, they held roles such as VP of Global Product Operations at General Assembly, where they optimized budgets and led cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University, where they studied Religious Studies and Anthropology.
