Shannah Estep is a dedicated educational consultant, currently serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Compass Learning Partners, a role they have held since 2024. With a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design, Shannah’s experience includes positions as Managing Director of Learning Solutions at EdReports.org and Curriculum Coordinator at Chowchilla Elementary School District. A first-generation college graduate, Shannah is passionate about equitable education and arts advocacy, actively contributing to local children's arts organizations. They have taught various courses at Fresno Pacific University and have been consulting independently since 2005.
