Dr. Shontoria Walker is currently a Specialist in Partnerships at EdReports.org, where they work to enhance access to high-quality educational materials. With over nine years of experience in education, they are also the Partner and Executive Director at Education PowerED, focusing on culturally responsive research and equity initiatives. Dr. Walker holds an Ed.D. in Professional Leadership and Literacy from the University of Houston and is a published author of “Culture To The Max! Culturally Responsive Teaching and Practice.” Recognized as one of the International Literacy Association’s 30 under 30 in 2019, they are dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable learning environments.
