Chris Dooley is a seasoned beverage professional with extensive experience in wine and hospitality. Currently serving as a Brand Specialist for The Macallan at Edrington since March 2024, Chris previously held the position of Head Sommelier at Restaurant Daniel, overseeing all beverage-related operations from September 2021 to May 2023. Prior roles include restaurant consultant at The Island House, Assistant Wine Director and Sommelier at Eleven Madison Park, and Sommelier positions at L'Espalier, Abigail Street, and La Poste Eatery, where Chris developed award-winning wine lists and staff education programs. Chris holds a BFA in Theatre from Northern Kentucky University and is an Advanced Sommelier under the Court of Master Sommeliers, a designation earned in 2011.
