Marc Watson currently serves as Master Blender at Edrington, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marc was the Head of Spirit Operations at Holyrood Distillery from March 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing various aspects of production. Marc also worked as Head Distiller and Distillery Manager at JOHN CRABBIE & COMPANY LIMITED from April 2018 to March 2021, successfully overseeing the design and commissioning of new distilleries in Leith. Earlier experience includes roles such as Head Of Products at Eden Mill St. Andrews and Production Manager and Head Brewer at Old Worthy Brewing Company. Marc holds a Master's degree in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
