Steph Sloan

Steph Sloan is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Advisor at Edrington since October 2021, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across UK Europe, Nordics, and MEIA, while also contributing to the Employer Branding strategy. Prior to this role, Steph held the position of Recruitment Manager at Avidity for a brief period in 2021 and led the recruitment team at McCurrach from January 2017 to July 2021, demonstrating a strategic partnership with leadership and managing various recruitment campaigns.
