Stephane Levan is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in brand representation, beverage management, and operational leadership in high-end establishments. Currently serving as The Macallan - Brand Ambassador at Edrington since May 2022, Stephane previously held the role of Beverage Manager at The Langham Hotel, where oversight included multiple acclaimed dining venues. As Co-Founder of Maka Hiki Lounge, Asia's first tiki bar, and in various management positions across notable venues such as Gaucho Hong Kong and One&Only Resorts, Stephane has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence in customer service, and a deep understanding of operational efficiencies and staff development.
