Matthew Evans

Matthew Evans, PLA, currently serves as Vice President at EDSA, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Stewart from June 2012 to February 2023, concluding as Associate Director of Design. Matthew's professional journey includes experience as a Landscape Designer at HadenStanziale and as a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University, where collaboration with Dr. Nilda Cosco focused on developing an online course in "Environment and Behavior for Designers." Educational qualifications include a Master of Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's of Music in Violin Performance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Matthew is dedicated to fostering empathy and enhancing good ideas within design practice.
