Ian McGrady

Ian McGrady is currently serving as the Managing Director at Edsential, leading a joint venture Social Enterprise aimed at improving educational outcomes for children and young people in North West England. Prior to this role, Ian held various leadership positions in companies such as Weben Partners, The Art Group, Mars, Canon Inc., Tactical Solutions, and Caterpillar Inc. Ian holds a PG Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Master of Philosophy in Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, a BA (Hons) in Business and Economics from The University of Sheffield, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.
