Gregory Darby

Gregory Darby has extensive experience in business engagement and recruitment, currently serving as an Engagement Business Services Representative at EDSI since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing customer relationships and managing onboarding processes. Previously, Gregory held the position of Recruitment Specialist, focusing on coaching candidates and coordinating recruitment events. At Lee Hecht Harrison, Gregory was a Lead Candidate Service Coordinator, specializing in change management and consulting, and improved customer quality scores significantly in the role of Candidate Service Coordinator. Further back, Gregory worked at The University of Tampa in various capacities, including Campus Advisor and Administrative Enrollment Coordinator, contributing to increased student enrollment and successful fundraising initiatives. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the University of Tampa and has further education from Morehouse College.
