Thalia Henderson

Thalia Henderson currently serves as the Director of Development at EdSource, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Thalia was the Director of Development for Fostering Media Connections from August 2018 to October 2022, where the focus was on investigative journalism related to child welfare and youth justice. Prior experience includes working as a Business Development Specialist at The RightWay Foundation, emphasizing fundraising and support for transition-age foster youth from August 2016 to August 2018, as well as positions at the Joint Educational Project as Pre-Law Project Student Director and as an intern with the Inner City Law Center. Thalia began the professional journey as a Campus Campaign Coordinator with Teach For America. Thalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English (Creative Writing) and Social Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Southern California, awarded in 2016.
