Alistair Edmonds has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alistair is currently the Head of Growth at Edstart, where they lead and manages a team of 20 Regional Managers, Partner Success Managers, and Partnership Leaders. Alistair'sresponsibilities include driving sales growth through robust sales analysis. Prior to this, Alistair worked as the Team Lead - Partner Success at Edstart, where they systemized and formalized launch processes for school partners and created standardized review structures for existing partners. Alistair also onboarded new team members and ensured the best possible experience for partner schools. Before joining Edstart, Alistair held the position of Partner Success Manager at the same company, where they closely worked with client schools to support their fee collection and provide flexible payment options for families.

Previously, Alistair worked as the Growth Lead (NSW) at Lumination, a leading education technology and IT solutions provider. Alistair also served as a Business Development Manager and Client Services Manager at Elevate Education, where they collaborated with executives at client schools to implement engaging seminars and lesson plans to improve students' study skills. Alistair also worked as a Presenter at Elevate Education.

Additionally, Alistair has experience as a Casual Academic Tutor at The University of Queensland and as an Intern in Business Improvement - Operations Delivery at Suncorp Group. Alistair also worked as a Rugby and Cricket Coach at Brisbane Grammar School.

Alistair Edmonds attended Brisbane Grammar School from 2007 to 2013, where they served as a Prefect. In 2014, they enrolled at The University of Queensland and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Science with a focus on Marketing & Management and Statistics. Alistair completed their undergraduate studies in 2018. In 2016, Alistair participated in an exchange program at The University of British Columbia, where they furthered their studies in Business Management and Statistics.
